It is recommended that you make your appointments one week in advance when possible. However, please feel free to call at the last minute. A credit card is needed to hold your appointment. We also encourage arriving at least ten minutes early for your appointment in order to fully enjoy your stay at the Oasis. The Oasis apologizes if we are unable to do the full service if you arrive late.

You may purchase gift certificates at the Oasis, charge them via telephone, or when you visit our Web site at www.oasisdayspamadison.com. Gift certificates are valid for 6 months. No refunds will be issued for gift certificates purchased or any other service. Sorry, no exceptions.

We request that you make cancellations at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100%.Note: A $25 fee will be charged on all returned checks.

Gratuities are not included in the price of our services. They are optional, yet very appreciated.
